FAQ about the Listserv
What is the listserve?
The listserve is a newsletter service provided by the DFCCA for members to
communicate to each other via email.
How do I subscribe?
To subscribe to the listserve, simply send an email to the DFCCA expressing
interest in our listserve. We will then send you an online invitation,
which will allow you to join through the invitation. You will need a yahoo
email address, which you can obtain through yahoo.com for free.
What do I do once I have joined?
Once you have joined, just send an email to the DFCCA group. Every
subscribing member will receive your email. Please do not send messages
unless they are pertinent to the child care community. If you have a
problem with the listserve, send an email to the site administrator through the
link at the side of the page.
What if I write something I only want the
DFCCA to know?
All messages are screened by the DFCCA staff before they are uploaded to the
group and subscribers are screened as well if you do not want others to view it
let us know within the text.
What if I no longer want to be on the list
serve?
Unsubscribing is done the same way as subscribing, simply unsubscribe to yahoo
groups list serve for DFCCA.
*Remember if you do decide to join the DFCCA listserve and you have a problem or
question about the listserve please send an email to the site administrator
through the link at the side of the page and not to the actual listserve!
